The UC Merced Community and Labor Center is hosting the Labor Summer Internship – a full time, paid, eight-week intensive internship program designed to train and empower the next generation of organizers. This eight-week internship is open to UC Merced undergraduate students and takes place during Summer Session B.
Interns will learn the fundamentals of community and labor organizing and be placed with a labor or community organization to gain hands-on experience building power alongside low-wage workers.

Program Requirements:
- Availability for the full eight-week internship program: Monday, June 15 through Friday, August 7, 2026.
- Interest in community and labor organizing with unions, worker centers, or community-based organizations.
